QLD Plumbing Conference

The 2014 Joint Industry Plumbing Conference is being held at Royal Pines Resort on the Gold Coast on 13th and 14th November.

The focus will be on the future, with speakers tackling topics including:

• Ways to embrace advancing technology
• Challenges facing our environment
• Alternative solutions
• Changes in licensing
• The Plumbing and Drainage Act

The conference is a joint initiative of Master Plumbers’ Association of Queensland (MPAQ), Institute of Plumbing Inspectors Queensland (IPIQ), Association of Hydraulic Services Consultants Australia (AHSCA) and the Backflow Prevention Association of Australia, Queensland Chapter (BPAA).

The conference also has a partners’ program which allows networking in a relaxed and friendly environment.

There will also be a small trade expo which will host stalls for industry manufacturers, suppliers, and service providers.
